I`m so excited that you are coming to China and we can finally meet each other.
I will pick you up at the airport. How are you? I am quite honored to be here to share my favorite saying with you. "Life is like a game of cards. The hand you are dealt is determinism; the way you play it is free will."
We are all born with some qualities. Some things could not be changed, like family backgrounds, environments in which we grow up, physical appearances and so on. They are the cards we got for our lives. However, with the growth and development of ourselves, we can choose something. For example, we can pick up what to eat for the breakfast, bread and milk or Chinese food or nothing as we like. The meal habit does influence our health and may affect other sides of our lives. Another example, we can make decision on how much we learn from teachers today, to study hard with full attention or just listen without thinking and remembering or even free your mind to games, sports, or something else out of the class. This learning attitude does be closed to our future colleges and then to our future jobs. How to do all these daily things is the way that we play our cards. It is a kind of cause and effect relation. Cause to effect is the basic truth in the Universe.
Make sense of what you have now and find a good way to manage life; all of us will be the winner in this game.
