In view of the steady improvement in the capital markets and the complicating trend of enterprises’ state of operations, the comprehensive quality financial analysis of enterprises is attracting more and more attentions from the relevant information users, government administrative department and the enterprises themselves. Quality financial analysis is a comprehensive analysis and appraisal conducted on the financial status, operation result and cash flow of an enterprise through its financial report and relevant information. By conducting this comprehensive analysis on the accounting information provided by enterprise’s annual financial report, the intrinsic value of the enterprise can be evaluated and its advancement prospects can also be forecasted.
本文将通过一系列财务分析方法和技术，对中国南玻集团股份有限公司2006年至2009年三年期间的财务年报进行综合分析，并具体分析南玻集团的盈利能力、营运能力、偿债能力、发展能力、现金流量等基本财务状况。力求从财务质量分析的角度充分认识南玻集团的发展能力和不足之处，并结合选取案例综合构建出一个合理完善的评价制造行业企业财务状况的财务质量分析体系，最后对南玻集团的财务状况进行基本评价，提出相应的改进建议。
By applying a series of financial analytical methods and techniques, this article conducts a comprehensive analysis on the three annual reports of SCG Holdings Company Limited from 2006 to 2009; as well as a specific analysis on the basic financial situations of SCG Group in terms of its earning power, operational ability, solvency, developing capability and cash flow. This article strives to identify the developing capability of the SCG Group and its shortcomings from the perspective of the quality financial analysis; and combines with selected cases to construct a completely rational quality financial analysis system for evaluation of the financial status of enterprises in the manufacturing industry. Finally, this article presents a basic evaluation on the financial standing of the SCG Group, and offers some corresponding improvement proposals.

研究结果表明：分别在不同时间和不同占空比条件下微弧氧化处理镁合金，以环氧树脂为静电喷涂原料制备的镁合金。根据复合膜层表面、截面的微观形貌观察以及元素分析，喷粉可浸入陶瓷层表面的微孔，并填满孔洞，形成有效的封孔，而多余的喷粉在陶瓷层表面形成均匀的喷涂层，降低了表面的粗糙度。镁合金微弧氧化静电喷涂复合膜层比直接静电喷涂层的结合力要好。镁合金微弧氧化静电喷涂复合膜层的腐蚀电位与直接静电喷涂层相比有所降低，交流阻抗有明显增大，盐雾试验时复合膜层的失重量越来越少，都说明复合处理可以大幅度提高镁合金的耐蚀性。镁合金微弧氧化静电喷涂复合膜层耐蚀性的提高依赖于喷粉填充微孔以及在陶瓷层表面形成的阻挡层，这两者的共同作用减缓了腐蚀介质向陶瓷层内的扩散。

Using microarc oxidation electrostatic spraying composite process, in the AZ31magnesium alloy surface prepared to meet the appearance of magnesium alloy sample investigation, composite coating corrosion resistance and bonding properties. Using SEM observation of micro-arc oxidation ceramic layer and surface morphology of micro-arc oxidation electrostatic spraying composite coating microstructure; through the SEM with energy spectrum ( EDS ) analysis of the ceramic layer and the composite film surface element changes; using eddy current thickness measurement of micro-arc oxidation ceramic layer and electrostatic spraying layer thickness; by neutral salt spray test and electrochemical tests on micro-arc oxidation treatment and composite processing magnesium alloy specimen corrosion resistance; finally the Cross-cut test examines the binding force between the composite film.
The results show that: in different time and different duty ratio condition of micro arc oxidation of magnesium alloy, with epoxy resin as the electrostatic spraying preparation of magnesium alloy. According to the composite film, section surface micromorphology observation and elemental analysis, dusting can be immersed in the ceramic layer on the surface of the microporous, and fill up the holes, forming an effective sealing, and the excess powder in ceramic layer formed on the surface of uniform coating layer, reduces the surface roughness. Magnesium Alloy Microarc Oxidation electrostatic spraying composite coating than direct electrostatic coating binding force. Magnesium Alloy Microarc Oxidation electrostatic spraying composite coating corrosion potential and direct electrostatic spraying layer is lower than, AC impedance has significantly increased, salt spray test of composite coating on the weight loss is less and less, are examples of composite processing can greatly improve the corrosion resistance of magnesium alloy. Magnesium Alloy Microarc Oxidation electrostatic spraying composite coating corrosion resistance depends on the enhancement of powder filled microporous as well as in the ceramic layer formed on the surface of the barrier layer, which both slowing corrosion medium to the ceramic layer diffusion.
