以下物品根据美国相关条款，于2008年12月31被扣押在南卡罗来纳州，LMM国际机场，参照的条款是：

扣押物品大约是2490只手表，品牌有Swatch,Breitling和Volcom,价值相当于国内售价7,451美元.

2，所有与CAFRA无关或没有满足 CAFRA 的规定要求，无关的情况，任何主张财物权利的人员必须缴纳5000美元或者申报财物价值的10%的认领费用（哪个低，取那个，但是不能低于250美元）。在无人认领的情况下，根据相关的法律，该物品将被扣押和处置。申报单和认领费用必须在FP&F官员指导下进行I（地址如上），时间要求在第一次公告后的20日内。
