外贸邮件要简洁朴实，不需要华丽。几句话点到主题，表达清楚就可以了。能用一句话表达的，千万别写两句，省掉一切能省的废话(不包括适当礼貌性用语)。原文中邮件句子太长太过于繁琐，需要改进。
注意词汇：很多词汇表达的意思并不是单一的，在不同的语句中就能表达出不一样的意思。翻译的时候要注意上下文的观点，正确的运用单词。举例：题目第一句中的”抱歉“，你用"sorry” 和“apologize”都有这个意思，但是考虑到上下文，这里要做为动词的，显然"apologize" 可以用作动词，更加准确。
注意句子的结构：英语中时间状语一般并不固定，可前可后。在翻译时先了解整篇文章的意思，大概的整理好一个顺序，翻译的时候一定要特别注意。举例：题目第四句中“Kindly please let me know“，太生硬了，换个说法”If u have any other better candidates than me ,also pls let me know with thanks ”句意一样，但是读起来要通顺流畅很多。
